The Industrial Tribunal is a juridical tribunal which has exclusive jurisdiction to decide on cases of alleged unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation, harassment, as well as claims for sums which may become due to a worker or to an employer following the termination of a contract of service for a fixed term before the expiration of the term definitely specified in the contract. Referrals to the industrial tribunal must be made in writing within four months from the date of the alleged breach.
