  • Debt collectionOur team understands the importance of credit management and provides clients with the opportune advise to protect debts due to them. While our team primarily focuses on negotiation and settlement, it advises and assists its clients with the adequate procedures at law if this is not possible. Novolegal assists with the drafting of legal and judicial letters, to the filing of lawsuits and warrants until obtainment of a final judgment and the execution thereof.
  • Property and Real EstateOur team has negotiated a number of property deals and has assisted clients with negotiations and contract drafting. While out-of-court settlement are favoured over litigation, where this is necessary our team has assisted its clients with disputes arising in property related matter before the competent court in Malta.
